Benga – Baltimore Clap


Love, love, love this new video for Benga’s song, Baltimore Clap. UK’s Blink Ink collective and director Kristofer Ström, worked on the animation. The collective has also done some great videos for Amnesty International that are worth checking out. In the meantime sit back and enjoy yourself some UK dubstep.

High Sierra 2010


Looks like I’ll be attending this years High Sierra Music Festival over the 4th of July weekend. This will be a first for me and I’m looking forward to it. Lotus, old friends for Philadelphia, will be playing along with a tons of other great bands including, Dr. Dogg, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Ozomantli and more.

This past weekend I saw Or The Whale play at the RickShaw Stop in Hayes Vally, San Francisco. Lotus just posted another video in their “Through the Mirror” series. This one features the song “Colorado” played at Summerdance II: Nelson Ledges Quarry Park in Ohio. Some good production and great sound on this video. If you’ve got time we fully recommend perusing the whole series.
